Weight loss and health issues are always big topics, but as much good information as there is out there, there is equally, if not more, bad information. Our job here is to cut through the garbage and give you the right information so you can lead a healthier, more productive life. Oh, and we’ll have some fun too a celebrities move from their size 2’s to their OMG size 14’s – H2Daily will be there to capture it all.

Our goal is to educate that public that the main stream media and especially celebrities tend to have poor judgement when it comes to health and weight loss and should not be followed, as most women’s image of their body have been distorted by the media. Look at these facts:

Although she was born in Kentucky and raised in Wisconsin and Maine, Jankoski calls Boston “home”. She earned her degree in Political Science from FSU in 2003 and has led the charge to educate and inform her readers on the health dangers associated with the eating habits of the nation as a whole. While her political views can be best describes as conservative, she is pushing hard for better regulations in the food industry and changes to the current health care system in order to move the responsibility for proper health to the individual and for smart choices to be made on the individual level thus saving the US billions of dollars in Medicare costs. Jankowski resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
As a former model, a current fitness instructor and registered dietitian, Staker shares her insights and provides meaningful advice that has been proven effective with her clients and through her personal testing. “I wouldn’t go as far to say our food supply has been poisoned, but it’s close,” warns Staker. Her no-nonsense approach strips conventional thinking with an easy to follow regimen of healthy eating and moderate exercise. “You can’t have a healthy body by feeding it garbage and sitting on the couch,” says Staker, “but you don’t need to be a gym rat either. West is a research expert in the fields of metaphyics, general health and nutrition. He helped discover the link between the “drunken” effects high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) has on the hormone leptin, thus causing rapid weight gain and increased risks for diabetes. His main interests are to educate his readers in the misinformation currently circulating in the media which is perceived as fact. He prefers simple solutions backed with natural supplements, proper diet and exercise. Haynes is an active writer and blogger on natural herbal supplement, natural fat loss, and health issues targeting the African-American community, notably, hypertension and Type-2 diabetes. He is a former fitness consultant who has counseling models, actors and other celebrities as clients when he worked in Hollywood, California. He is presently retired from the industry but uses his experience to continue to help others. Haynes currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
Toran is a mother of two and became a qualified nutritionist and advocate for the obese after losing her mother to health complications of being severely overweight. She believes that food addiction, much like alcohol addiction, is not a disease but a choice and can be overcome with the right education, the right plan and proper motivation. “We are entering an age where some parents do not live long enough to see their children graduate from high school, and this isn’t from a disease, but from over eating. We need to reverse this trend now.” Toran currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.
